What does Beta mean?

Beta’s are a testing period software companies use to offer a preview of their software before it is available for sale to the public. We have opened Cynch to be used for free during an introductory period in which we will be providing limited support while putting the finishes touches on the software.

When does Beta end?

The Beta period will last no longer than 30 days.  We do not have a definitive time-frame on beta, but once beta ends we will be starting every user off with another 30-day free trial.

Can I really have unlimited users?

Definitely!  All Cynch accounts come enabled to add unlimited users to your account.  Simply send your teammate an invite directly via e-mail to join your company.

How long does it take to get setup?

Whether you install our WordPress plugin or use our web app, you will be going in no time.  It takes just moments to sign up and get to scheduling/organizing your business.

Can I use Cynch without WordPress?

Yes!  Cynch’s web app give you full access with or without wordpress.  You can manage all of your post scheduling, marketing, releases, and content using Cynch.

What software does Cynch integrate with?

We currently integrate with WordPress, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Linkedin, Google Drive, Google Docs and plan integration of Evernote and Slack in the near future.

What comes with my free trial?

You have unlimited access to Cynch during your 30-day free trial period.  You can add as many users and social profiles as you like.  All features of Cynch are available during your trial.

How does your free trial work?

Use Cynch for free for 30 days with no risk or obligation and no credit card required.  Register for your free trial now!

What if I choose the wrong plan?

No problem. You can switch plans at any time (even during your trial). Pick the plan that seems like the best fit and try it on. You can always change your mind.

Can I have more time?

If after your 30 day free trial you aren’t sure if Cynch is for you, send us a message and we would be happy to extend your trial.

Are there any contracts/commitments?

Nope. After your 30-day free trial you’ll be asked to pick a plan and enter your payment info. This is billed monthly and you can cancel at any time. If you cancel before the end of a billing period, you’ll retain access until that billing period is over.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes.  We have no contracts and only bill month to month.  Cancel at any time to stop your billing cycle.
